• $104.00 (inc GST) per lot
• $52.00 (inc GST) per utility lot
• Please make cheques payable to: Whitney Property Group Pty Ltd

Strata Searches

• $30.00 (inc GST) for the first hour, and then
• $15.00 (inc GST) for every half hour therafter
• Photocopies are 70c each and Faxes $1.50 per page.
• Strata Searches are to be booked at least 24 hours prior to the search as long as proper written authority has been received prior to the commencement of the search.
